Hesper Schleiderer Hardy
Childs, Rundlett, Fifield, Shumway & Alschuler Education: AB Bowdoin College, JD Northeastern School of Law I am rostered for both private divorce cases and child protective matters (a.k.a. Title 19-A and Title 22 cases). I work in a small firm in Portland and concentrate my practice largely on family law. I also have office space available in Sanford. Centrally located, I am available to take cases in most of York County and Cumberland County. I am easily accessible by phone, mail and e-mail, and I return all phone calls quickly. I believe in working with families to improve communication, through mediation and other services, in order to come up with manageable plans that can accommodate the needs of the entire family. It is important for the parents and the child/ren to be heard and to feel comfortable with me. Accordingly, both parents will have the opportunity to be heard and have an equal opportunity for their contacts to be interviewed. I am committed to discovering what is in the best interest of each child as he or she copes with the transitions of divorce and parental rights and responsibilities negotiations. The ultimate goal is to find what is in the best interest of the child and what arrangement will work to ensure that the child’s best interests are met. Fees:
Hourly Rate: 90.00
