Hayes & Associates, LLC is an agency of professionals who have been approved by the Chief Judge of the Maine District Court to work as court-appointed Guardians ad litem. We have successfully completed the GAL core training and attend professional development that surpasses the continuing education requirements for Maine GALs. As full-time Guardians ad litem, we are able to concentrate on investigation and advocacy. Our mission is to provide a well-trained, highly effective guardian ad litem to advocate for the best interests of every child caught up in custody litigation in order to ensure an appropriate parenting plan for the child’s ongoing care once the litigation is concluded.

Fees:

Hourly Rate: $90
Retainer Amount: $2,000
Accepts cases at reduced rates (contact the Guardian ad Litem for details).
