I bring a lifetime of experience in working with children, teens, and their families and am committed to helping them craft healthy, feasible solutions to the challenging issue of child custody arrangements. Drawing upon my background as a clinical counselor (LCPC), a national certified counselor (NCC), and child therapist (Registered Play Therapist or RPT), my work is founded on a thorough investigation of each unique situation; deep listening to the child (if age-appropriate), the parents, and any extended family deemed to be important to the solution; my clinical observation skills; and consideration of the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of the child or teen. I also bring training in Collaborative Divorce and as a facilitator of children's grief groups to the entire process. Grieving the loss of the family, while reconfiguring it, will be essential to moving on to the next phase. My hope is that the process honors the integrity of all involved while ensuring the highest well-being of the child. As a resident of both Greenville and the Orono area, I am able to conveniently work with families and children in a wide geographical area.

Hourly Rate: $80
