Education: BA and MSW I worked for the State of Maine child welfare program for 37 years. I was a caseworker in child protective and foster care. I supervised foster home licensing. I then supervised the foster/adoptive programs for Cumberland and York County. When the Department reorganized in 1996 I became the administrator for York County until 2007 when I retired. I am very familiar with and committed to the federal standards for child safety, permanency and well being. I am currently working part time doing reviews of complaints to the Child Welfare Ombudsman. Fees:
