Patricia White Dogan, Esq. Education: BA University of New Hampshire; JD Franklin Pierce Law Center Patricia has been licensed to practice law in Maine since 1986. She practiced Family Law in York County for 14 years, including serving as GAL in both District Court and Probate Court matters. After spending 6 years working as a law school career counselor, she has come back to Maine and limits her practice to GAL work in Title 19-A cases, having been rostered in 2009. In addition to completing the Maine core training for Guardians ad Litem, she has also completed the New Hampshire core training for Marital Mediators. She is a member of the Maine Guardian ad Litem Institute, the Maine Association for Mediators, the New England Conflict Resolution Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
