As both a family law attorney and a child protective attorney, I have worked with many families in high conflict. When parents are in conflict, children suffer greatly, therefore, I work hard to help the parties end the conflict (whether through mediation, classes, or co-parenting programs) and bring about a solution for the family. As there can never be a "one size fits all" solution for all families, as a Guardian ad litem, I work with both parents to focus on the needs of THEIR child/children throughout the process and in the future. I strive to bring both parents to a common understanding and to help them devise a parenting plan that will work for their particular family. I find that in being upfront and honest with both parties as to what my expectations are and what my recommendations will be; they are better suited to devise plans that support their developing new family structure and most importantly, their children.

Fees:

Hourly Rate: $75
Retainer Amount: $1200
