Executive committee Decisions -- By a vote of 8-0 with one abstention (Maureen Dillane), the Executive Committee voted to enter into a six-month trial arrangement with Kids First under the following Guidelines: - They will email us the inventory of their library, which we can post on our website for your members to peruse

- If someone sees a book or two that they would like to borrow, they can contact them to see if we have them on the shelf

- If we have the books, they will package them in a padded envelope with a self-addressed, stamped envelope inside for their return (including this SASE will help ensure that the books get returned)

- They will bill the Maine GAL Institute for the following:

o the cost of padded envelopes at a price of approximately $18/25 envelopes

o all postage (outgoing and returning)

o cost of any books that do not get returned

- The Maine GAL Institute will make a donation of $250 to the Kids First Center
